In the 17th century, large numbers of oxen were imported from Germany and Denmark. The spices, such as pepper, cloves and nutmeg came from the Dutch East Indies. Our raw beef sausage continues this tradition and lets you experience authentic traditional Amsterdam craftsmanship.

Our liver sausage is still prepared according to an age-old family recipe. Together with the powerful aroma of the stock, the spices give the liver sausage a delightfully sharp yet soft taste. The one and only genuine Amsterdam liver sausage.
