Filet Americain
Our filet americain, or beef tartare, is prepared according to an authentic recipe and contains only fresh and deluxe ingredients. Through perfect seasoning an ultimate and creamy taste experience is created. You can eat our beef tartare in many different way. With pepper or ‘martino’ sause for instance.
