At Group of Butchers, the quality and taste of our sausages is our number one priority. Whether it concerns filling a BBQ sausage or smoking hot dogs, the authentic, traditional technique for making sausages always comes first. Our smoked sausages, hot dogs and frankfurters are all, for example, smoked over beech wood chips. And all of our sausages are still made with natural casing.
